Lena runs her own consultancy company, based in New York, Cannes and Copenhagen. She works with executives across industries world-wide, enabling her clients to reach their goals through transformation and implementation. Lena holds a master from Copenhagen Business School as well as executive management education from INSEAD in France and Singapore and Henley Business School in England.
Mikkel runs his own performance coaching company in Copenhagen, focusing on individual performance coaching and organizational changes. He also works as a clinical psychologist and is a specialist in stress reduction. Mikkel is a certified coach and a fully licensed business psychologist, with a BSc from the University of Greenwich in London and an MSc from the University of Copenhagen. He is fluent in Danish and English.
Melinda is our PBP partner in Australia. She runs her own consultancy business in career coaching and outplacement, creating clarity and direction for her clients. Melinda has a recruitment background and has worked with end-to-end agency recruitment, and Government programs. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Business (HR) from Swinburne University and a Graduate Certificate in Career Coaching and Development.
Kurt runs his own advising and consultancy company covering Scandinavia and holds a number of board positions. Kurt has 30+ years experience from operational and executive management in Denmark, Norway, and the Baltics. He is an economist and a certified coach. Ulrikke runs her own HR consultancy company and works freelance in global organizations. She has a strong HR background within the pharma, biotech and engineering industries, driving strategic and operational HR and counseling executives. Ulrikke is a certified coach and holds a master of HR Management as well as an Executive MBA.
Thit is CEO of a private Danish foundation working with social responsibility. At the same time, she runs her own coaching company in Copenhagen and London. Thit has held a number of leadership roles in companies and organizations. Thit is a trained psychodynamic psychotherapist, an internationally certified coach (ICI), and also holds a Certificate of Business Administration. She is fluent in Danish and English.
Stephen runs his own consultancy company, focusing on executive search and coaching in a broad range of industries. He has a strong background in management and sales as well as a solid career as a management consultant and headhunter. Stephen holds a degree in Media & Marketing and spent 10 years as an officer with The Royal Danish Life Guards.
Tomas is our first PBP Partner in North America. He has worked with the PBP founders since 2012. He is a certified coach and economist with an executive background of more than 20 years in FMCG worldwide. Tomas is a true international, his commercial career spanning several countries in four continents.
Mette runs her own advisory and coaching business. Over a span of 25 years she has worked with leadership, strategy, communication, HR, marketing and sales at blue-chip companies. Mette is an examined psychotherapist and process consultant (MPF) and holds a B.Sc. in International Commercial Communication. She speaks Danish, English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Swedish, and Norwegian.
