Francis De Bie

As an executive coach, Francis advises organizations on personal development and leadership and guides leaders towards aspirational goals.

Francis has gained 30+ years of business experience in a number of global companies in various industries (Vandemoortele, LVD, Bekaert). Starting in operations he grew into commercial functions, followed by general management, and finally strategic positions at the highest senior level. He spent almost half of his career as an expatriate in Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, UK) and North-Asia (China).

Francis has a M.Sc. in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is currently in training for a Master’s degree in executive coaching at the Hult International Business School, Ashridge-London (UK).

Francis works in English, Dutch, French, and German. He lives according to the motto: “Leave people and places better than you found them." (John Ridgway)
