Inger Marie Ingvardsen

Inger Marie Ingvardsen is an experienced headhunter and advisor to executive management and boards.

She and Stephen Bruyant-Langer have known each other since university.

Executive search and leadership consulting go hand in hand. For over 30 years, Inger has collaborated with a wide range of companies in Denmark, Greenland, and Europe, strengthening their organizations and building a strong and far-reaching network at the top executive level of Danish business.

Inger co-founded the search company Pointer A/S in 2008 and continues to lead the company as Managing Director and majority owner today. Pointer specializes in source-based search at C-level, middle management, and specialist level. Pointer collaborates with clients on key recruitment assignments that have a decisive impact on organizational development and are critical to the future success of their business. Recruiting for C-levels and the levels immediately below provides Pointer with extensive knowledge of - and access to - the talent pool at this level, i.e. the C-level leaders of the future.

She has extensive management and consulting experience from recognized search & selection companies. In her early career, Inger worked in IT and the retail industry.

Inger holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
