Olivier S.E. Courtois

Olivier is a CEO advisor, author, speaker, and executive coach for executives and top teams.  He has 30+ years of leadership experience with a practical and theoretical background in five continents.

He has worked globally with the C-suite and their teams on assessment and development projects for several corporations, including the Center for Creative Leadership and Korn Ferry.  At Korn Ferry, he was Partner and Director of Korn Ferry Advisory Belgium & Luxembourg as well as EMEA co-lead of the Executive to Leader Institute.

Olivier holds many leadership certifications from Korn Ferry and others.

Olivier’s specialty is to help executives design and execute their personal and top team leadership strategies.  He enables them to drive the transformation of their organization by applying the same level of rigor and methodology to their leadership strategy as to their business strategy.

Olivier works in English and French.  He is also fluent in Spanish and Dutch and has good knowledge of German.  He is based in Brussels, Belgium.
